This time, instead of explaining about fans and toys like what I usually do, I'm going to explain the non fan and toy favorite things. In my childhood, I was used to liked several of things, but not from electric fans or toys either. So, here are the things that I did put them in my favorite lists that are other than just fans and toys:
1. Lip liner pencils
As you may see on this picture here, you may think these are normal colorful pencils. No! They're lip liner pencils. I used to be obsessed by these things exactly like in the picture, back when I was in kindergarten around 2006-2007. I and my mom visited a small cosmetic shop (which was one of my mom's friends who owned it, but now she passed away), then I found those pencils in several of the catalogs. It came in pink (or known as rose), red, sierra (or red, but slightly darker), and brown. Then I got the sierra and the brown one (I think), but I really wanted the red one so bad, but they were sold out. Despite of course they were used for cosmetic purposes, but I really wanted them because they look so interesting, compared to normal colorful pencils that I usually buy from the bookstores. Not satisfied enough, I drew and color several of the silly things with these pencils, sometimes. Again I wasn't satisfied enough, I cut some of the pictures of those products out from some of the catalogs that featured them, especially the ones that had some shiny effects on them, and I pasted them on one of my old diary books. From what I'd remember, my obsession against these things were lasted during mine ones lost, and so they didn't produce them anymore. Although there was an alternative of those, out from a generic cosmetic shop with different color and style, I used to be liked it too, but not as much as those lip liner pencils, until I quit liking those things out several months later. You may ask, "There were lot of types of pencils for cosmetic purposes, which one that is your favorite the most?". Well, I would say, those just in the picture, literally. Once again, I'm so impressed by how they look, and it does make huge difference compared to the others. I did also favorite some actual famous 2B pencil brands too, but it only lasted way shorter than those. Also, I'd remember in many years ago with those 2B pencils, I used to hate it in some of my friends like this way, "If you have it, I will throw it away" and that's it.
2. Windmills
Yep, as you may know from my old "and concept" YouTube channel that I made, I used to favorite the windmills too, there are some of my videos about those, uploaded with very slow connection back in those days. Now, in this video that I put it here, this is an example about how I started liking them, and collecting them. Although I did start collecting electric fans before by mounting 5 fans in my old house (back in around of 2008), I got interrupted by these. By the start, where I visited in some kind of a pond near the rice field in 2011, then I heard some ticking can noises from far away. And it turned out, those noises were actually from those windmills, made from some waste and bamboo. Then, I inspired them by recording them, and built several of mine in front of my house, and around my old neighborhood. So, here are the videos:
Yep, there we are! Some of them had a different placement of where the windmills were mounted on, and so for the weather, time, and basically everything on each of the videos. With accompany of one of my family's relative's members, I helped with him to make them and enjoying them in my old neighborhood. We made them with some waste as well, but with bit more modern aesthetic look for them, unlike the ones at the rice fields. Some of them had the blade were made out from the PVC pipes, few of them were made from metal, and of course, bunch of them were made with fan blades. As the time being, these were famous back in the day with all of those noise makers, until I gave up 2 years later, because several of them were taken down for some maintenance issues. I did reborn windmill madness for a quite in 2013 and 2014, but it didn't result as much as in 2011, because of course, electric fans has been taken place back in my existence, but WAY in wider range.
