maintaining the legacy with my old Plants vs. Zombies toys and mini figures...

It's been a long time since I featured all of those old Plants vs. Zombies toys and mini figures that I own for years, so it's time to explain about how I maintain the legacy specifically with themselves. Since I do live in the country where it has really high humidity yet I constantly "play" with them instead of keeping them in their storage or display, resulting by how come if most of them suddenly had some wear and tear on them. Without further ado, let me explain about those figures that already suffered from the way how they withstand against it.

Before I begin, I exclude most of those Chinese mini figure sets that I also own, since they seem to survive just okay overall since I purchased them. As for the ones that they suffer from those issues apart from the fact they already accumulated quite amount of dusts on majority of them, here are my examples about them:

A. 2013 KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys (ID)

All 3 plants (such as Peashooter on Pumpkin, Cabbage-pult, and 🌻) do share their own issue where their own black eyes are easy to be erased by simply touching them any objects in the slightest touch. Because of this, I had to DIY fix one of them with the combination of the black marker and correction pen, though it obviously make the appearance of it looks slightly uglier than how it should. This also applied to the green eyebrows on the Cabbage-pult, but since I already learned the lesson with the exact same toy that I borrowed from one of my old friend's house in 2014, I have to be very careful when it comes to "playing" with it in general.

As for the 🌻, the bottom part of her stem already has some light stressing marks on it due to the way how I tried to connect her stem to the original base, since it's so loose every single time.

B. 2014 KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2 toys (ID)

All of them do seem to survive just reasonably okay, except for both of these moments that I mentioned here:

  • I lost the "🔥" disc projectile that originally came with the Snapdragon, and
  • I broke the inner workings of that iconic walkable Zombie toy since roughly a decade ago

Even with both of those aforementioned moments, but all of them still survive just like so, except with slight wear on each of them.

C. K'NEX Plants vs. Zombies

This one is possibly the weirdest one when it specifically comes to react against our country's high humidity. The fact I also "play" with most of those plant characters that I always wanted back then, they led to their weird issues which most of them couldn't able to fix them by myself. Apart from their original pieces that were loose overtime, here are more examples about the issues themselves:

  • Weird darkening issues on their own original paints, specifically occurred on certain plant characters with solid plastics like Peashooter, Snow Pea, Cabbage-pult, and Garden Warfare/Garden Warfare 2 version of Peashooter. Unfortunately, those aren't fixable unless if I have to bring each of them to the paint workshop in order to make them "bright" again.
  • Just like those of my old 2013 KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys, most of them do have their own similar issues where their own original prints are easy to be erased with the slightest touch from any objects (for example, 🌻's face, Peashooter or Snow Pea's black eyes, Bloomerang's face and his own boomerang's petal accents, 🌹's mouth [and possibly her eyes], and so on).
  • Some light stressing marks that already occurred on most of them, such as 🌻's stem, 🌹's feet, and so on.
  • Cracks on the bottom "leafy" part of my Fire Peashooter, since it clearly made using a translucent plastic, therefore it's partially hard to mount it on any of those Lego or any of those popular Chinese building block plates with ease anymore.
  • Even if I saved my Kernel 🌽 on the storage (for this case, a small jar), it strangely has some tiny bit of black spots on it's own yellow 🌽 parts (possibly some sort of mold spots, especially for his head).

Because of all of those issues, I had to DIY fix it to most of them depending on how difficult I could able to restore each of their appearance, otherwise I just simply accepted their fate (since all of them are obviously nowhere to be possible to search each of their identical replacements in case if I accidently break or lose each of them, even if they're already flawed to begin with since they produced them from an unknown factory in China).

D. Other figures...

That one cheap static Plants vs. Zombies 2 Grave Buster mini figure that I got since 2014, it has it's own issue where it suddenly separated both the top part and bottom part of it due to the fact I accidently dropped it to the floor multiple times, though it's still easy to be fixable by simply gluing both of those pieces together.

Well then, there you have it for the way how I maintain the legacy with those of my following old Plants vs. Zombies toys and mini figures that I particularly have for years. If you have your own story related to this, be sure to write your own short story in the comments section if you're able to. Anyway, that's basically it from what I could particularly say over this, and as always, thanks for reading this exact article.

The unexpected destruction of KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys...🔨❓

Some of you may obviously recognize my story about those KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys in my old friend's house back in July 2014 in few of the posts that I posted somewhere in this Blogspot, so this time I'm gonna tell about this story again... Except this time, I'm gonna tell you about the unexpected destruction that they did to those KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys. Again, this story will be almost exactly the same plot about how it happened back then... Without further ado with them, let's throwback about this short story about how they destroyed those KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys.

Obviously, in my very first Blogspot post that I made here, I also mentioned those particular Plants vs. Zombies toys in that house. Before I encountered them, I obviously didn't have any Plants vs. Zombies collectible stuffs in the meantime before I found them. Then, during I encountered them, I was so excited by borrowed one of them home for fun until 3 months later... After 3 months of fun with it, I decided to return it back to the owner. Unfortunately though, their children were heavily upset by how I borrowed one of them, and ended up destroying them into pieces.

From what my old friend's house told to me right after they destroyed them, they destroyed them by slammed them down from the balcony of their 2-story house that they lived in. Since I didn't even see it directly about how they destroyed them, I have no idea about how they smashed them like that into pieces... They obviously were highly furious about how I borrowed one of those toys, and ended up did so without any expectation that I predicted just before. Meanwhile, I was really stupid enough in order to find them by visiting a scrapyard. Not for searching some fans (such as ceiling fans and portable fans [mainly vintage ones]) that were scrapped in that particular scrapyard, but for searching some pieces from those KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys that they destroyed for some stupid reason that I couldn't even tell it to you at all... So yeah, even though this post is clearly focused on the unexpected destruction of those KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys, I couldn't remember any detail information about the particular action that they did to those toys, so.

So there you have it, for my short story about why they destroyed those Plants vs. Zombies in their 2-story house where they lived in. Again, I had no clue about why they did them just out of my expectation there after I borrowed one of them for 3 months... Anyway, that's it from what I can say about this story that I made here to those toys that obviously were gone since then, and hope you can pay the attention about this story.

Random Plants vs. Zombies KFC toy pictures in your ceiling fan sightings? How?

Well, some of you may recognize these ceiling fan slideshows that I made and uploaded on my YouTube channel of fans... It's called My ceiling fan sightings series. I was inspired by somebody else who also loves electric fans a lot, especially for ceiling fans. So, I decided to make it by starting it off by making one back in 2014. Until now, it depends on how many pictures of ceiling fans that I saved on my laptop (unless my laptop is broken already, and all of those pictures are lost due to that), and also it depends on how powerful my laptop is (I still don't replace it yet with slightly powerful one). Speaking about my ceiling fan sightings that I made like above here, you may notice some pictures that aren't ceiling fans... Yes, take look at each of my ceiling fan sightings that I made, you may notice them? To me, obviously yes due to I put those to each of my ceiling fan sightings by myself. Of course you'll be surprised if you keep staring at my current profile picture, and of course you won't be surprised if I'm a fan of Plants vs. Zombies, the game franchise that I always play almost all the time.

I would apologize to say this here to be honest, but those Plants vs. Zombies toy pictures that are featured in most of my ceiling fan sightings above here are the random pictures from Instagram by various users of their Plants vs. Zombies KFC toys from May of 2013. Obviously they got them back then from their closest KFC that they visited back then from a kid's meal bundle that featured them, so there's no question about it though, and so for making my post of "This is what happens if KFC provided their Plants vs. Zombies toys..."... Anyway, the reason about why I put them in those of my ceiling fan sightings that I made here other than the fact I put them because for fun purposes, it's also because that's possibly my best way to get those Plants vs. Zombies toys by "showing" their pictures of them, so. You may ask about it like this: "From what I could tell you about your channel of fans, you also did making slideshows about them. What happened to those now?" Well, because they don't make any sense about my YouTube channel of fans, I put those videos as private, if I'm not mistaken... "What was your purpose about making them?"... Um, good question. My purpose about me making them due to I was so pissed by how I didn't get them back then since the TV commercial about them existed, and after they replaced it with Spiderman toys (if I'm not mistaken), I was so pissed even more that caused me cried so badly over those toys, especially for all 3 plants that they featured. Just like what I told to you in my posts about them, especially for "This is what happens if KFC provided their Plants vs. Zombies toys..." (although I didn't tell you accurately on that, for a bit)... However, this problem that I experienced here got solved after I got those from somebody who kept them in a social media by contacting her, so everything about me with them was done since I featured them in part 2 of My Plants vs. Zombies collection that I made on this blogspot here. I also put the word Special on it, it's basically because what I got in that part, and I referred it into those of my most favorite aforementioned Plants vs. Zombies toys.

Okay, back to main point of this post itself. I also made more of my ceiling fan sightings that involved those pictures. Some of the ones that I'm not feature them in here, I only show them for a quarter of a second every pictures that I featured in each of my ceiling fan sightings, instead of few seconds like the ones that I featured them above here. Although I do have them already (especially for 3 plants that I always loved for a whole lot), I didn't feature them anymore in my latest ceiling fan sightings that I made to avoid some bad things that will happen to them, just like my first two ceiling fan sightings that I made earlier (just normal ceiling fan slideshows)... Anyway, that's it from what I can say about the reason why I put some random Plants vs. Zombies KFC toy pictures by various users from Instagram into my ceiling fan sightings that I made, and thanks for reading this post.

Finally survived for 5 years!

Some of you may remember my most loved Plants vs. Zombies toys, this time I have to restore them back on their maximum setting. These are Plants vs. Zombies from the KFC in my country, back in around May of 2013.

Just take look at my posts, called This is what happens if KFC provided PvZ toys and series of My Plants vs. Zombies collection, in fact these are the ones that I very wanted so bad, and I have to tell them again and again as the flashback story about the toys here. By the start, here are the following characters that were featured in KFC in their old days:
  • Peashooter on Pumpkin
  • Cabbage-pult
  • Sunflower, and
  • Zombies in Skull (Dr. Zomboss on a Zombot's head, literally)
I really like them very much on these toys, because other than they look very cool, the plants are look almost realistic as the game itself that made me jealous very badly. Meanwhile, I have no idea about the "Zombies in Skull" toy, because I'm not really keen on the zombies, so I only care about the plants, like what I collected usually... So, let's take look at those good old times of me where this commercial exists on the TV:
Yes, this was where I wanted to start my Plants vs. Zombies collection in reality (also during the early days of playing the original Plants vs. Zombies game), when I was mad collecting Angry Birds egg containers, and those crappy Plants vs. Zombies pictures taken from the photo shop. I really wanted them, but my parents don't know about those toys as I played the original game of it. After those reasons, those weren't exist on the KFC anymore, and they became scarce very quickly that made me cry. Although my parents recommended to buy the alternatives, but I wasn't keen by them, so.
Some KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys in my old friend's house. Notice for the Dailymotion player, due to somebody reposted it on this site
After a long time ago I felt sad due to no those things, in July of 2014 I found 3 of those my most loved things in my old friend's house, in one of the bedrooms. I found them because I was looking for their house by looking at several of the rooms, then during I explored one of the bedrooms, I found them! Even with Peashooter missed it's own Pumpkin part to shoot it's own flat projectiles, and so it's own projectile. The Cabbage-pult missed it's own projectile as well, and the Sunflower was still intact. There was no Zombies in Skull there, probably due to the owners lost it, so. Then, I borrowed the Cabbage-pult home for a review.
The Cabbage-pult that I borrowed from my old friend's house's owner
After I babysat it for 3 months due to the owner were searching it, I returned it back to them. Unfortunately, after I returned it not too long later on, those toys were destroyed by their kids by slammed them down from their 2-story house, right from balcony. I feel bad for those toys, as well hurting my ass off for not allowed to get my those of my most loved toys, due to a blatant evidence, those aren't mine. I was once attempted to borrow the other toys like Peashooter on Pumpkin and Sunflower, but I didn't due to that reason. So, it meant there were no more of the toys after all. However, some days later there were the sequel version of the Plants vs. Zombies toys from KFC, but they didn't interest me as much as the ones from 2013, and I owned them for the alternatives. Here are the toys that I mentioned:
KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2 toys
But, after 2 years later with nothing from them other than the sequel ones, finally I found them from 2 separate persons who kept all 4 toys from a social media and an online shop. Here we are:
With all of my effort getting all of my loved Plants vs. Zombies toys from the past where the TV commercial of them were exists, finally those are came to my house for a relatively cheap price! Based on series of My Plants vs. Zombies collection, one of them was from the online shop, and the rest of them were from a social media who kindly kept them. Then, I had a chance of getting them with all complete parts and good conditions, then it's all done! I really loved them so bad, more than the other Plants vs. Zombies toys that I collect, and sometimes I want to sleep with them, so (well, not for Zombies in Skull). So, my most favorite from all of them, of course.......... Peashooter on Pumpkin, followed by Sunflower, Cabbage-pult, and Zombies in Skull (well, not really). More pictures of them (except for Zombies in Skull, yet again for similar reason):
So, that's all of the 5th anniversary of my most loved Plants vs. Zombies toys from KFC, back in May of 2013. Too bad if KFC didn't make them anymore, unless you really wanted them so bad like me. From what I can learn by during the time I visited my old friend's house, I will never abuse them due to their rarity, although I accidentally vanish the paint out from them for a tiny bit, like eyes, eyebrows and the stickers. Also, I would nominate it as the best Plants vs. Zombies toys in my collection, followed by K'NEX (although they're cheaper than these, but it does fall on the list of my most favorite Plants vs. Zombies toys), and KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2.

My Plants vs. Zombies collection (part 2, SPECIAL)

Hi guys! I'm back with my other Plants vs. Zombies collection this time. First off, you may notice if this part has no history about these toys just like the part 1 (a.k.a original My Plants vs. Zombies collection) does, and also there are no final results for them from this part and the later parts as well. So, here is a picture about several Plants vs. Zombies toy figures that I collected on the part 1:
All of my Plants vs. Zombies collection that I collected on the part 1 (main part)
Just like the previous part, I'm going to collect it as much as possible. However, it depends on our money, our family's economy, and also the stock about these things on the online stores where I buy them. Also, the word "SPECIAL" on the title means these toys are also featured in "This is what happens if KFC provided PvZ toys", and you may know what I got in this part. So, here are new Plants vs. Zombies toys in this part, let's check this!

1. KFC Plants vs. Zombies, Peashooter on Pumpkin

KFC Plants vs. Zombies, Peashooter on Pumpkin
Finally, one of the toys that was featured in my "This is what happens if KFC provided PvZ toys" has been arrived in my collection! I got this from the local online store in my country, called Bukalapak.com. The only reason why I bought this one, it's only the used 2013 KFC Plants vs. Zombies that was sold through that online store. Since it was NOS*, I had a chance to get it. I liked the style alot, and a performance of how it shoots the projectile, even it looks a bit weird, it shoots through the Pumpkin instead of the Peashooter, since there are no any matters inside the Peashooter itself. Also, there were 2 more of these things that I wanted so badly (the Sunflower and the Cabbage-pult), even though I can't even afford them, but none of the sellers on the local online shops sell these toys.

Advantages:
  • The design looks pretty nice and neat.
  • It shoots pretty well, never fails.
Disadvantages:
  • Even though it shoots very well, it doesn't look too powerful like my little K'NEX Snow Pea was.
  • Since this Peashooter was joined with Pumpkin, the stem looks not sensible (due to it looks like an absolutely stretched sand timer to me), and it does look like a fat looking Peashooter.
  • There are some of the screws placed on the side of the figure instead of the bottom due to place where you put the projectile in, make it slightly less interesting for the back side of this figure.
  • There are some red scratches on the mouth, since this is an old and used toy figure.
  • Sometimes it has the same fate as my old Cabbage-pult was, the eyes are easy to vanish, so must be careful if you want to touch the eyes, and don't ever scratch them.
* means New Old Stock

2. Bootleg Winter Melon popper

Bootleg Winter Melon popper
Yes, another bootleg Plants vs. Zombies has been featured on this part (which is personally don't like for a little, also it was listed on my wishlist of my Plants vs. Zombies collection that was featured on final results of the last part) which is my actual first popper toy. It's a Winter Melon, a lobbed shot plant that is most powerful at all of the Plants vs. Zombies game series. I bought this from Bukalapak.com too. However, it came without the blister, so this toy was used before. If you want to play it, just squeeze the body and it shoots backwards (since this is a popper toy, it won't lob projectiles just like my K'NEX Plants vs. Zombies Cabbage-pult). Also, this figure also came with an articulated zombie. The only reason why I bought this instead of the other chinese bootleg poppers, because I think it's bad if I only had one lobbed shot plant on my collection (in variant, I only got Cabbage-pult), so I decided to bought this one as the other lobbed shot plant.

Advantages:
  • Decent moulding, and rubberized well-made.
  • It shoots pretty far and powerful than the other Plants vs. Zombies toys that I have.
Disadvantages:
  • Since this is a popper toy, it shoots backwards instead of lob projectiles.
  • The zombie that came with this plant looks slightly poor than the shooter itself.
  • There are some little paint defects on the back of the body.

3. More KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys...

KFC Plants vs. Zombies, Sunflower
KFC Plants vs. Zombies, Cabbage-pult (new one), and Zombies in Skull (Dr. Zomboss), followed by Peashooter on Pumpkin and my Plants vs. Zombies collection on the background
Turns out if I was able to get more of those things that I wanted so badly... Hoorraayy!!!! Here we are, for more of those KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys, and featured on my "This is what happens if KFC provided PvZ toys" blog, especially the plants. These are just the rest of them besides the Peashooter on Pumpkin that I got earlier, so now I got a complete set of them... I got them NOS from the someone who sold these toys on Instagram, not through the local online stores... I always liked them, but for the Zombies in Skull, I only liked it for a little. By the way, these are the best Plants vs. Zombies toys, including the Peashooter on Pumpkin one, and everything is all done for these toys...

Advantages:
General:
The design looks nice, pretty neat, and well made. Compared to my other Plants vs. Zombies toys, these are the most nicest Plants vs. Zombies toys that I ever own (as for now), even down to the time where they released them back then (May 2013, in case you didn't know).
Sunflower:
  • As usual, it dances nicely, never fails.
  • It is much nicer than the K'NEX one, which is also a kind of nice figure, but much cheaper quality and much expensive price as well.
Cabbage-pult:
  • Even though I already had the old one just shown on the first part without any advantages and disadvantages, it lobs nicely, never fails as the other KFC Plants vs. Zombies toys, also this Cabbage-pult still includes the original projectile, unlike the old one which I was borrowed from the kid of my old friend's own which is missing.
  • It is much nicer than my other two Cabbage-pults that I already have (except they're cheaper quality as well), and the basket doesn't bend like the old same one.
Zombies in Skull:
It works properly (like you push the Dr. Zomboss down to the Zombot itself), never fails.
Disadvantages:
General:
  • It has some horrible scratches, especially Cabbage-pult and Sunflower, around their own pot, probably because they made a rough texture like that. Also, both Cabbage-pult and Sunflower got a hollow of their back side of their toys (for the Cabbage-pult, on the stem between basket and the body itself, and the Sunflower on the stem itself).
  • Sometimes they have the same fate as the old Cabbage-pult was (same thing), parts like eyes and eyebrows (for Cabbage-pult) are easy to vanish.
 Sunflower:
  • If you move it forward and backward, it makes some terrible noises.
  • It has a tiny bit bad painting, between the stem and the head itself, even though it looks good from the far.
Cabbage-pult:
  • The connection between the base and the toy itself is a bit loose.
  • It doesn't seem powerful enough to throw projectile, despite it is bigger than the K'NEX one.
Zombies in Skull:
The name of this figure is wrong. It should be Dr. Zomboss, probably they named it like that to prevent spoilers since this is the boss of all of the Plants vs. Zombies game series. Also, it has an improper grammar, it should be "Zombie in Skull" instead of "Zombies in Skull

My "scrapped" Plants vs. Zombies collection

Not be confused with a main version of it, which much better.

Hi guys! Do you think my Plants vs. Zombies collection is good now? The answer I guess that, yes. Just let you know, before I started collecting some figures from that game that I often played with since 2014, I just started collecting some stuffs which is actually not good, or "scrapped" (broke so easily, like completely homemade one, or 2Ds like paper of pictures, or cards). Also, since these are weak, there are no advantages, disadvantages, and info of them at all.
And here is a collection of them:

1. Plants vs. Zombies printed pictures

Yes, these are very first Plants vs. Zombies that I ever collected. In case you didn't know, these are homemade, because these were printed from the photo shop, so. Also, these pictures are taken from the internet, especially from it's own wiki, so don't be rude about that. Since this is a paper that supposed to be used for a photo purposes to put them in a photo album, they break down so easily if they got some damage like fold damage, water, or heat, if you didn't put them on the photo album yet. So, here are list about some pictures that I used for this stuff:
  • Plants vs. Zombies, all Peashooters
  • Plants vs. Zombies, HD Split Pea
  • Plants vs. Zombies Repeater seed packet
  • Plants vs. Zombies Threepeater, and
  • Some Plants vs. Zombies fan arts
Unfortunately, since several Plants vs. Zombies figures has been entered on my collection, I burned some of them because they are look too dull to collect. Also, I just cut the picture of HD Split Pea one into the exact shape as the plant itself.

2. Fake Plants vs. Zombies 2 trading cards

These Plants vs. Zombies 2 trading cards
Another set of the Plants vs. Zombies "scrapped" stuffs has been come to my collection! It is a rock-paper-scissors trading cards. They came with several blind bags, which is cool, but random (unlike the K'NEX ones which is manually select which one you can get by judging the secret codes). Also, there are some worst things on this stuff, such as some cards are repeated over and over, and not all of the characters are shown just like in it's own game. Overall, I still liked it though, and it's so worth it as the step up to collect more Plants vs. Zombies stuffs, such as figures which is now like a beast.

There was a Peashooter mini speaker in my collection. However, I didn't show it in this page because in fact it is a speaker portable, not a toy or collectible stuff.

My Plants vs. Zombies collection: Final results

Before you read this, you must check the main page of this blog for introduction for each of my Plants vs. Zombies toys...

Hi guys! Did you know what happened to all of my Plants vs. Zombies toys? There are some damage around each of the figures, right? I would say, yes. Alright, here is a final results about what happened to all of my Plants vs. Zombies toys.

This page is only features several toys on my first part of Plants vs. Zombies collection, as the next parts won't show their final results of them anymore.

Also, this page is NOT including the KFC Plants vs. Zombies, Cabbage-pult (May 2013, because it's unoriginal to my collection), several of my Plants vs. Zombies 2 trading cards, and some of my scrapped Plants vs. Zombies silly photos. So, here are the final results of them:

1. Unknown bootleg Ancient Egypt figures
Broken Bloomerang figure
Being the most ugliest Plants vs. Zombies toys that I ever bought, surprisingly it does last longer for a set of a static figures. I honestly hated them, except for the Cabbage-pult, Bloomerang, and Iceberg Lettuce. Although it's a set of static figure, eventually most figures would broke off easily, like other brands. Last time I'd much fun with those toys (before K'NEX versions of it came), the Bloomerang and the Ra Zombie broke off. The Bloomerang broke on it's connector between it's petal and the body, and the Ra Zombie broke on it's right hand holding with a kind of a sun stealer. Speaking about the quality of these toys, I would say, okay. Since there are no significant damage on the color of each of the figures, except the mould on each of them are so bad, but not too bad like most of the Lego Lele figures.

2.  KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2

This is our first actual Plants vs. Zombies toys that I bought from KFC, September 2014. Being the most semi-gorgeous toys that I ever bought, it does last longer as well. Like Bonk Choy, it's own ability is still works, followed by other 3 toys. Unfortunately, once upon a time when I had fun play these toys with my cousin, the Zombie toy broke. It broke because it walks insanely fast like a crazy than usual. I would manage to open inside of the toy, but I can't because I can't find the screwdriver for those rare screws. Anyway, I liked the style of them, even I just broke one of the toys in performance. The quality of them is good, since there are no significant vanish damage like the one from 2013, but I have no idea about the mould quality.

3. K'NEX Plants vs. Zombies, both Series 1 & 2

Being the most rarest and gorgeous toy that I ever bought, apparently it has several bad results. It doesn't last long as the previous two brands than I expected, but the ability of them is still works well. Especially the plants. If you play them alot, it would left some kind of darking mark on the figure, also a kind of the paint damage. Even I have much appreciated with this brand due to the good style and good coating, unfortunately the quality of them are bad, like an opposite version of my Ancient Egypt figures. I tried to clean them with any cleaners, like glam oil, LCD screen cleaner, water mixed with a citric acid, and even the bath soap. Strangely, since they are the bad quality toys, they are the good shooters. Even the shooters like Peashooter, Snow Pea, and the Coconut Cannon can shoot as it should, sometimes it doesn't shoot very well. One more thing that I hate which is a missing piece on one of the figures, which is rarely happened. I got a figure that exactly like the picture shown above, sadly I got a missing piece on the stem, no idea why. It's kinda shame if that's the rarest one (or Elite) got a missing piece, based on the rarity on it's own set. Due to that, I wouldn't abuse them soon, since they're the neatest one that I got, and I would keep them alive. Even this is also not a bootleg (or ripoff) figure, like main chinese version of them, just like my Ancient Egypt figure set, I always kept them because it's my favorite one, due to how neat they are than I thought, so.

A perfect example if this brand are bad quality, even these are the good appearance: A paint damage on my Sunflower's stem (look closely at the leaves on the stem)

FAQs:

Q : What is your favorite Plants vs. Zombies toy brand so far? Why?
A : The K'NEX ones, because it looks a bit gorgeous to me, even though the zombies looks a bit ugly, and the plant's quality is bad like a bootleg.

Q : How did you collect these things?
A : I'm inspired by a TV commercial from KFC back in 2013, called "KFC Plants vs. Zombies". Since I didn't have any of them like the one that shown in the commercial, I just lately collect any of these toys like these as for now.

Q : Where did you get all of your Plants vs. Zombies toys, also your old scrapped photos of them too?
A : First off, I got them online, except my scrapped photos and all 4 KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2 toys.  For my scrapped photos, I got them from the photo shop. Next, I got my Ancient Egypt figures from the local toy online blogspot called Lagoric. Then, I got my complete set of my KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2 from KFC in September 2014. Q : How did you have 8 K'NEX Plants vs. Zombies Series 2 set without any duplicates at all?
A : There is a way to choose which figure do you can get. You must look at the codes printed at the back of their blind bags. You also must look which one that you can get, by seeing the underlined number on each of blind bags. If the position of the underline is same, it would get a duplicate. By the way, here is a code about the Plants vs. Zombies K'NEX Series 2 looks like:

0515026 = ABCDEFG
0515026 = 0 = A = Cabbage-pult (Prospector Zombie, if underlined twice)
0515026 = 5 = B = Frozen Zombie
0515026 = 1 = C = Translucent green Bonk Choy
0515026 = 5 = D = Pirate Zombie
0515026 = 0 = E = Infi-nut
0515026 = 2 = F = Conehead Mummy

Q : How did you can collect any of K'NEX Plants vs. Zombies, even other peoples in your country doesn't have any of them besides yourself?
A : I was inspired by some Youtube users, like SquirrelStampede, FGeeTV, and many more. Q : What is your actual first peashooter plant that you ever have in your collection?
A : My first actual peashooter was a photo of a HD Split Pea, even this isn't seem real like my K'NEX Snow Pea.

Q : Why KFC in your country did release these Plants vs. Zombies toys?
A : I don't know why. Probably because KFC has a plan to made these toys, but the results is still unknown.

Q : In some of global online shops, there are lots of those Plants vs. Zombies sold through them. Mention the brand or styles that is your favorite!
A : As always, K'NEX sets that has a peashooter figure or some plant that seems neat inside, and the one that shoots bullets, that is from the chinese version of them.

Q : Is it true, if "Zombies in Skull" on the KFC Plants vs. Zombies is obviously a kind of wrong grammar?

A : Here is the list of it:

  • Plants vs. Zombies plushes*

  • Funko Pop Plants vs. Zombies, especially the Peashooter and Sunflower
  • KFC Plants vs. Zombies
  • K'NEX Plants vs. Zombies^
  • KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2
  • Jazwares 6-pack Plants vs. Zombies figures
  • Jazwares Plants vs. Zombies 2-pack blisters (example: Peashooter & Ducky Tube Zombie, Sunflower & Conehead Zombie, and many more)
  • Jazwares Peashooter Popper
  • Jazwares Exploding Zombie*
  • Chinese poppers, especially Snow Pea popper, Fire Pea popper, and catapult plants
  • Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2-pack blisters, especially the Scientist Zombie & Gatling Pea, Marine Biologist & Toxic Pea, All Star & Shadow Flower, and Goalie Star & Sunflower*
  • Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare, and Garden Warfare 2 Minimates*
Notes:
The strikethrough words means it is not available anymore, even forever.
The bold words means the ones that I have.
The * symbol means I don't have a clue to get these toys.
The ^ symbol means there are some more toys that I don't have.

And here is a concept map of my Plants vs. Zombies collection from past 2 years to now looks like (click here if you want for bigger size):
Notes:
The x means it isn't available in my collection anymore.
The y means it has a missing piece.

Conclusions:
  • Unknown bootleg Ancient Egypt figure set : It doesn't look too good for specialist collectors, but it seems good for beginners who collected the figures from this game. Also, these types of figure sets are common everywhere at every online stores, especially the online stores that is close to the factory where they made them directly. And one more thing, the price of those things are fair enough to buy them, but sometimes they are too expensive.
  • KFC Plants vs. Zombies 2 : This is good for collectors, but since these were discontinued later on, I have no clue about them anymore.
  • K'NEX Plants vs. Zombies, both Series 1 & 2 : This is very great for specialist collectors, however the quality must be controlled (especially plants), so it does look as good as the promotional pictures. Also, if you buy several of those and you live outside U.S.A, it is incredibly hard task due to you must pay a lot of bucks, like e-Bay, the only online shops which provides international shipping for those things.

My action figure toy collection

For my Plants vs. Zombies collection, click here

Hi guys, are you a kind of a figure toy collector? If yes, I'm going to list some of my toy collection. For some reason, I didn't list the Plants vs. Zombies again in this blog, because I already did a deep blog about it since it's my favorite game. So, here are some of my toys:

1. Angry Birds
3 of my Angry Birds figures (actually they are an egg chocolate surprise container)

This was my first figure toys that I ever collected, and these are from the Gery Bischoc, a kind of the chocolate biscuit brand. It came with a just an egg container with that theme. For the first time, I bought the first three (red, blue and yellow) back in 2012. It's due to commercial in TV that made me interested. Then, in early 2013, I just bought some more of it, such as the red and the new black one, since I'm also interested with them due to a new commercial about them in TV. Even I started to liked the Plants vs. Zombies more, I still kept any of them until I moved to my new house. Next, after several months later, exactly at the end of the 2013, I bought some of them, like the another black and the blue one. Last but not at least,  I also bought the bigger red one, in early of 2014. Each of the containers has a different toys, and also a Gery Bischoc pack as well.

The weakness of them:

  • The quality of these containers seems low.
  • The black feather parts are easy to lost.

2. KFC Pokemon Pikachu
KFC Pokemon Pikachu
Here is my other figure that I collect, and also this is my first actual figure toy that I bought from the KFC. Even I'm not a fan of this character, but I liked the performance alot. If you play it, just push the tail to lob the electro balls. Just let you know, if I bought this back from March 2014, and these things were gone forever later on.

The weakness of it:
  • There are no KFC mark, instead just a "Made In China" only.
 3. KFC Spiderman 2, Yoyo with Fins

I just bought a pair of those top spinners from KFC, from May 2014. These are from the Spiderman 2. Even this isn't one of my favorites besides Plants vs. Zombies, I still liked the performance as well. If you play it, just like what you do in the generic top spinner toys, except the fins will be released after you pull it down. For some reason why I bought two, because I gave another one to my cousin. Sadly, my cousin broke it some weeks later.

The weakness of it:
  • The quality of this toy seems a bit low.

Actually, there are many toys in my collection since our childhood. But, I only picked up 3 of them because they are one of the best besides the Plants vs. Zombies ones.
